I used to drink several mugs of tea and coffee a day. Not any more...
I realised that not only was I consuming way too much caffeine, but I was also eating too much sugar in the form of biscuits and cakes.
So I've cut down. My energy levels are thanking me; I've noticed that I'm steady rather than energetic and then lethargic. And my teeth are thanking me; they're less sensitive and, in the long term - I hope - whiter and healthier.
The real test will be in the depths of winter when I'm cold and need a hot cuppa to warm me up!
How much tea and coffee do you drink?
