I drew this cartoon for Sunrise's Mad Bike Challenge, a 25-hour cycle on 29th-30th October to raise money for Barnardo's in its 150th year.
If you like the cartoon, which I donated to the cause, and you'd like to see embarrassing photos and videos of me pedalling a child's tricycle (suggestions for a fancy dress costume are welcome), please make a donation however small on this Just Giving page. Thank you.
At the time of writing we've raised 24% of a £1000 target. It would be great to reach 50% by this time next week (Thursday 20th). The Sunrise Centre in Southborough, Kent, provides holiday playschemes, after-school clubs and weekend clubs for children and young people with disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex medical needs. I work at those clubs, so I've seen first-hand how much the clubs are enjoyed by the youngsters and appreciated by their families.
